You can check the status of your order via your account. Our team will do everything they can to ensure that you receive your piece of nature as quickly as possible. Models in stock are usually handed over to the shipping company the day after you place your order.

You will find the delivery time of our models in your order confirmation. For models in stock, you can expect delivery within a few working days. If your model is not in stock due to high demand, you can also pre-order it and we will send your model to you according to the delivery time indicated.

If your order contains several products with different delivery times, you can choose between the following options during the ordering process:

- Collective delivery - for the sake of the environment, all models will be sent together as soon as they are in stock and you will be notified by email about the shipment.

- Partial shipment - all items already in stock will be shipped in advance.

The shipping costs are covered by us, regardless of which option is chosen.
